PEANUT BUTTER COOKIE
- 9 ounce of peanut butter
- 2 large free range eggs
- 7 ounces granulated sugar
- Butter to grease the baking tray
- A few drops of vanilla essence (optional)
- Generous handful of chocolate chips (optional)
Preheat the oven to 350F.
Beat the two eggs together.
Stir in the peanut butter and sugar until the consistency is doughy.
Grease the trays and spoon the dough on to them in balls.
Flatten the balls with the back of a spoon
Bake for ten minutes; they should spring back up when you push down on them when they are done!
