Peppermint Martini

Photo by slgckgc Ingredients: 5 ounces high quality vodka 2 ounces of white crème de menthe ½ ounce of peppermint schnapps Mini candy canes Glacé cherries, optional Method: Pour ingredients into a shaker filled with ice. Shake vigorously. Strain into chilled martini glasses and garnish each with a candy cane.

Hot Butterscotch Chocolate

Ingredients: 2 ounces butterscotch Schnapps ½ ounce Amaretto (may substitute ½ ounce Nocello) 5 ounces hot cocoa fresh whipping cream chocolate shavings caramel sauce Method: Prepare hot cocoa per instructions on container. Mix the Schnapps and Amaretto and pour into prepared hot cocoa. Top with whipped cream and chocolate shavings and/or dribble caramel sauce over.
