SNICKERS PEANUT BUTTER COOKIES

Ingredients:
- 1-¾ cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ cup peanut butter
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- ½ cups brown sugar
- 1 medium egg
- 2 tablespoon milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 bag of mini Snickers candy bars
Method:
Preheat oven to 350F.
Mix dry ingredients together.
In a separate bowl, cream shortening, peanut butter and sugars. Add egg, milk and vanilla.
Blend in dry ingredients gradually.
To form cookies:
Take a spoonful of the mixed dough and flatted in your hand and place an unwrapped mini Snickers in the middle and make it into a ball and place on cookie sheet.
Bake for 8-10 minutes.
